Belarusian Cookies

 


I received this postcard via Postcrossing from a Belarusian postcrosser. 

One can list topics they are interested in in their Postcrossing profile and one of mine is food, so occasionally someone sends a card made from local food packaging, which I LOVE!

I went to Lexilogos site to utilize the Belarusian keyboard then Google Translate to determine these are Honey Cookies with Nuts and are for breakfast. 

The stamp below was used to post the card and, from what I can determine, is art by Tamara Lovelovska. The Google isn't kicking down any information about her, so either I got the name wrong or The Google isn't keeping up on Belarusian Artists.
